Je tenais tout particulièrement à remercier les internautes qui donnent leur avis, ce qui est toujours très précieux lors d'un achat.....et puis l'aide en ligne Noémie. Voila, j'ai commandé un vinyle de grande taille sans regarder les avis lors de ma commande, puis j'ai été intriguée par cette petite information, après avoir payé, au moment de choisir le transporteur: pour GLS et GLD ils livrent le colis découpé si la taille dépasse 95cm, et rien pour colissimo; ce que j'ai choisi. Puis je suis allée voir les avis des internautes....et là j'ai vu plein de mécontents suite à la livraison de leur colis. J'échange avec Noémie, l'aide en ligne qui m'explique que la livraison colissimo ne doit pas dépasser 95cm. Je lui explique que j'ai vu le contraire lors de mon achat. Après vérification et sans rien me dire, elle m'a aidé en contactant le service technique pour que je reçoive ma commande en un seul morceau.
